Nintendo has released some free downloadable content for New Super Mario Bros. 2 on the Nintendo 3DS. The content, titled Gold Classics Pack contains three new levels for use in Coin Rush and are recreations of classic Mario stages. The pack is in response of over 300 billion coins being collected by the community in New Super Mario Bros. 2 and is available for free for a limited time. After February 1st the DLC will go for $2.50 on the 3DS eShop.
